Found a  C.C. Opportunity Center Card at the corner near the French Church across from the train station 1 closer to the one by regions from central station. Might still be missing (from higher Ground) since just a bit over a month ago to 51 days+, missing with their network February 29 on the online Illinois report Maybe (this information relates to 4 cases, not an exact science, would be March 1 maybe. Originally missing 1988 or 1991 from Korea. 41-43 kidnappings or missings of children from April 1988 - July or September 1988.
